Augu’s LLY series vulcanizing presses don’t take a “one-size-fits-all” approach! Whether you produce motorcycle tires, electric vehicle tires, or need to fit specific mold specifications, everything from station layout to heating method can be designed according to your needs.

Our Augu inner tube production line covers everything from picking to valve stem attaching in one go! With a total length of about 33 meters and a conveyor belt width of up to 490mm, it can handle inner tubes with width 30-320mm, thickness 3-10mm and length 600-3000mm, ensuring precise cutting without waste. The whole line is equipped with water cooling tanks, printing machines, water blowing devices, as well as external powder spraying and valve stem attaching devices. With high automation, it saves labor while ensuring stable quality. It uses 380V three-phase four-wire power supply and can operate with compressed air of 0.5-0.6Mpa, suitable for small and medium-sized tire factories.
