3. Preheating treatment: The cleaned steel wire enters the preheating device, and the steel wire is heated through the built-in electric heating element. The preheating device can automatically adjust the heating temperature according to the walking speed of the steel wire to ensure uniform heating of the steel wire.
4. Gluing process: The preheated steel wire continues to advance through the extrusion glue coating device, which evenly coats rubber on the steel wire to form a rubberized steel wire. The gluing device is equipped with sensors to monitor and ensure gluing quality.
5. Cooling and solidification: The rubber-coated steel wire then enters the cooling device, and rapid cooling solidifies the rubber layer to ensure a stable bond between the rubber and the steel wire.
6. Traction and wire storage: The traction device is responsible for controlling the tension of the steel wire, while the wire storage device stores a certain length of rubberized steel wire to prepare for the next winding process.
7. Pre-bending mechanism: Before the wire ring is wound, the pre-bending mechanism is used to eliminate the internal stress of the steel wire and make final preparations for the winding process by adjusting the tension.
8. Winding forming: The wire ring winding device is the core of the production line. It uses a servo drive system to accurately control the wire taking, wire arrangement, wire skipping and winding amount to realize automatic winding and ensure that the size and shape of the wire ring meet the design requirements.
9. Automatic control system: The entire winding production line is controlled by PLC (programmable logic controller). Through the human-machine interface, the operator can set and adjust production parameters, while performing fault diagnosis and production line status monitoring.
10. Unloading mechanism: The wrapped wire rings are unloaded through a special unloading mechanism, especially for giant tire wire rings with heavy weight, which are equipped with manipulators and spreaders, such as "L"-shaped hooks, to reduce the weight of the wire rings. Reduce manual labor intensity and improve work safety.
