The working process of the film roll cooling line

The film roll cooling line is an automated device used to handle hot film in the production process of rubber products, and its working process involves several successive steps to ensure that the film is properly cooled, dried and post-treated. The following is a detailed description of the working process of the device:

1. Film receiving and conveying: After the film is pressed out of the tablet press, it is received by the cooling line's access conveying device, and it is smoothly transmitted to the subsequent processing link. The device usually includes an adjustable belt and a fixed roller table to ensure the stability of the film during transportation.

2. Imprinting and film connection: The film is imprinted by a device during transmission to identify film information, such as letters and numbers. In addition, the device can cut the film into strips of the required width to accommodate subsequent processes.

3. Spacer coating and initial cooling: The film then enters a cooling mixing unit where the film is soaked and coated with spacer for initial cooling. The device is equipped with a temperature control function to ensure that the temperature of the spacer is appropriate to prevent the film from sticking.

4. Film lifting: By holding the lifting device, the film is raised to a certain height to prepare for the subsequent cooling transmission process. This process uses a heat-resistant rubber tape to ensure a stable transfer of the film at high temperatures.

5. Cooling conveying: In the hanging glue cooling conveying device, the film is further cooled and transported through the hanging conveying system in the closed cooling box to achieve uniform cooling.

6. Film swing and stack: The cooled film is sent to the swing device through the down conveyor, which automatically adjusts the stack and swing, preparing for the subsequent cutting and stacking process.

7. Film cutting, stacking and weighing: In the stacking lifting device, the film is symmetrically pressed and stacked neatly. The unit is also equipped with a weighing system that automatically cuts the film according to its weight and prints production information.

8. Pneumatic and electrical control system: pneumatic components and electrical control are an important part of the film cooling line. The pneumatic system is responsible for performing the various mechanical actions, while the electrical control is achieved through a PLC system, such as the Siemens S7-300 series, ensuring automatic control of the entire cooling line.

9. Ventilation and cooling system: In order to ensure the cooling effect of the film, the ventilation and cooling system adopts centralized duct air supply, and ensures the temperature control of the film in the continuous production process by controlling the intake air volume of each part.

Through the above continuous automation process, the film roller cooling line realizes the fully automated production process from the receiving, cooling and drying of the film to the final cutting, folding and stacking, which significantly improves the automation level and production efficiency of the rubber product production line.
