6. Pre-bending device: Before the steel wire is wound into a coil, the pre-bending device is used to eliminate the internal stress of the steel wire and prepare for the winding process by adjusting the tension.
7. Winding device: It is the core of the production line and is responsible for winding the steel wire into the required shape. The device adopts a servo drive system, which can accurately control the winding, wire arrangement, wire skipping and winding amount to achieve automated production.
8. Control system: including temperature control and electrical control, monitoring the temperature conditions and electrical operations in the production line to ensure the stability of the entire production process.
9. Unloading device: used to unload the wound bead rings from the production line, especially for heavy giant tire bead rings, which are usually equipped with manipulators and spreaders to reduce manual labor intensity.
10. Grease removal mechanism: This part is included in some production lines and is used to remove oil stains on the surface of the steel wire and improve the quality of the final product.
