5. Cooling conveying: In the glue-hanging cooling conveying device, the film is further cooled and conveyed through a suspended conveying system in a closed cooling box to achieve uniform cooling.
6. Film placement and stacking: The cooled film is sent to the placement device through the downward conveyor device, and the stacking and swing amplitude are automatically adjusted to prepare for the subsequent cutting and stacking processes.
7. Film cutting, stacking and weighing: In the stacking lifting device, the films are pressed symmetrically and stacked neatly. The device is also equipped with a weighing system that automatically cuts the film based on its weight and prints production information.
8. Pneumatic and electrical control systems: Pneumatic components and electrical controls are important components of the film cooling line. The pneumatic system is responsible for executing various mechanical actions, while electrical control is realized through a PLC system, such as the Siemens S7-300 series, ensuring automated control of the entire cooling line.
9. Ventilation and cooling system: In order to ensure the cooling effect of the film, the ventilation and cooling system adopts centralized ducted air supply. By controlling the air inlet volume of each part, it ensures the temperature control of the film during the continuous production process.
